Hi, my name is Tibor Neidhart. I come from Zurich, Switzerland and I’m 20 years old. I’m studying social scientists and after that I want to go on a mission. My hobbies are fighting sports, fitness, reading, hiking and photographing. It’s also important for me to spend time with my family and friends. I organise my freetime as much as possible so that I can enjoy enough time with them.
On the right you can see a picture of my sister Joëlle and me.
I’d like to share an experience with you I had one year ago which strengthen my testimony:
I was hiking in Ticino, Switzerland. While I was there, I slipped off the edge and fell down – about 20 meters. When I landed on the ground I couldn’t move my legs anymore. At first I tried to call someone for help but I didn’t have any connections on my cellphone. I knew that if it will never work, I would die. I prayed a long time to our Heavenly Father and then after 5 or 6 hours I got a signal! I was able to organise help, who came to look for me, but they couldn’t find me. I was lying there already for two days, unable to move, my faith in God as a savior was extremly tested. After another day waiting I started doubting that they would find me. Fear began to fill my heart. Suddenly a good thought came into my mind. I asked myself, why shouldn’t God help me now when he has been holding my hand all the time by letting me survive a 20 meter fall, get signal on my cellphone and organise help. Would he really leave me alone, now? It doesn’t make any sence! That was the first time in my life where I knew I have to have complete trust in him. After realizing this, a warm feeling filled my body. I knew, God will help me again. After one more night the searching-group found me and I safely got to the hospital.
